Q. How much is delivery?

There are several delivery options:

UK Mainland orders under £50 are £9.99, orders over £50 are £6.99 and orders over £150 get Free Delivery. We also offer a Pre-Non service.
Highlands, Grampian, Isle of White orders under £50 are £14.95, orders over £50 are £9.99 and orders over £199.99 get Free Delivery.

Q. How long does delivery take?

We guarantee same day despatch on all orders placed before 15:15pm. Orders placed after 15:15pm will be despatched on the next working day.
UK Mainland orders will be despatched on a next working day delivery service.
Highlands, Grampian, Isle of White orders, are on a 3-5 day delivery service.

Q. Is VAT included in the price?

No, VAT is calculated at checkout. There is a breakdown of how much VAT you have paid on the checkout page and on your receipt.

Q. Can I make a change to my order?

Once you have placed an order you can’t change it yourself however you can send us an email and we will try our best to help.
