The Damex FR Non-Combustible Damp Proof Course (DPC) & Cavity Tray is a unique, high performance, non-combustible fabric with a waterproof high temperature polymer coating to both sides, achieving A2-s1,d0 to EN13501-1:2018.
Damex FR has been designed to meet the toughest standards but with the installer in mind. From our superior flexibility in cold working conditions, easy to make site formed corners, our unique installation method or our fire rated ancillary components.
The innovative advancements of Damex FR makes it an ideal solution for damp proof courses and cavity tray applications in multi-unit and high-rise buildings of all types where non-combustible materials and compliance with Approved Document B are of paramount importance even when used with site made corners.
Damex FR DPC can also be produced in custom width rolls; meaning you by only pay for what you need with fewer offcuts, less mess and a more sustainable approach. This also optimises your installation process, streamlines your project and reduces labour time.
All DPC rolls widths supplied are 25mtrs in length.
